e-Mag Solutions is a hardware and software engineering company founded in 2005 in Bangalore. We build embedded firmware on FreeRTOS and PIC processors, develop mobile / web / cloud applications in Flutter, React and Node.js, and run a 10,000 sq.ft. ESD-controlled mobile repair line capable of 20,000 L1–L4 repairs per month.

Our primary focus is mobile retail and healthcare — including medical device manufacturers, hospital chains, and brands needing regulated software. We work end-to-end from firmware to cloud, and from device repair to after-sales operations.

We design and document to FDA, EU MDR, PMDA, IEC 62304 (medical device software lifecycle), ISO 14385, and ISO 14971 (risk management) for healthcare engagements. For data and cloud, we work to HIPAA, GDPR and modern cybersecurity expectations.

Our Bangalore facility is a 10,000 sq.ft. ESD-proof repair line with dedicated ESD grounding, seating capacity for 150 engineers, and throughput of up to 20,000 L1–L4 repairs per month. It includes a dedicated parts store with ESD cabinets, a training and testing area, and a barcoded packing and shipping zone.

Hakko soldering stations, BGA rework equipment for chip-level repair, Bosch heat guns, LCD refurbishing machines, and the full set of standard repair, testing and diagnostic tools — operated by trained, certified engineers in an ESD-safe environment.

Yes. We run DOA refurbishment, unboxed-and-as-is refurbishment, and full after-sales operations for mobile retail brands and distributors — barcode-tracked from intake through dispatch.
